You will be responsible for delivering sales and profit growth through the creation, development, and execution of high-quality product innovation programmes.

Working with the Development team, you will be instrumental in utilising effective insight to drive exceptional innovation while implementing a robust and rigorous innovation process that takes concepts through the testing process to launch. In addition to driving improvements through innovation, you will help position the brand to meet sustainable growth and long-term market share gain objectives.

Experience
  • You will have gained experience either in a dedicated Innovation role or a wider brand role within the FMCG sector.
  • Brand experience is essential, working cross-collaboratively to bring product launches to shelves.
  • Strong understanding of utilising or working with category and insight teams to drive innovation.
