An opportunity to work for a rapidly growing manufacturing organisation and have a direct influence on the development and delivery of their HSE strategy.

The role involves working closely with the Leadership team to review current standards and recommend and implement new procedures and standards as appropriate. You will liaise with relevant external bodies and have strong influencing and training skills to champion the importance of HSE matters on a site-wide basis.

  • Sharing HSE best practice and managing the audit programme.
  • Working closely with teams to inspire a positive HSE culture and gain buy-in for change and new initiatives.

Experience required:

  • NEBOSH Certificate with proven HSE leadership experience.
  • Experience gained working within the food manufacturing sector.
  • A Health & Safety champion committed to working with teams to develop key behaviours.
  • A track record of delivering improvement and effective management and resolution of related issues.
  • Experience of change management and gaining buy-in for initiatives from teams.
