This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a £multimillion leading FMCG business, leaders in their market focused on quality and delivery of product and have built their ongoing success on their exceptional innovation.

You will be responsible for delivering sales and profit growth through the creation, development and execution of high quality product innovation programmes. Working with the Development team, you will be instrumental in utilising effective insight to drive exceptional innovation whilst putting in place an innovation process that is robust and rigorous in terms of taking concept through the testing process to launch.

As well as driving improvements through innovation, you will help position the brand to meet sustainable growth and long term market share gain objectives.

Experience
  • You will have gained experience either in a dedicated Innovation role or a wider brand role within the FMCG sector.
  • Brand experience is essential, working cross collaboratively to bring product launches to shelves.
  • Strong understanding of utilising or working with category and insight teams to drive innovation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work on multiple projects.
