We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a well established business in a multi site support role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all HR Systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.
  • Coordinate and support engagement activity on site, including localised events and working with external partners.
  • Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
  • Assist with the implementation of Group HR policy and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience gained with a HR advisor/assistant position ideally within the logistics, manufacturing or food sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally you will have gained a Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification.

This is a site based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.
