Office based
Reporting to the Head of Category; you will take responsibility for developing and implementing category strategies and tactics across all channels and specifically key retail accounts. You will have day to day exposure to the customers, and you will be tasked with supporting the commercial team to help increase profitability through a very proactive approach.
You will be responsible for driving growth through category management, taking responsibility for ensuring that all internal & external market research information is analysed in detail at every level in order to identify opportunities.
Your experience:
- Due to the contract basis of the role, we are looking for previous experience gained as a Category Manager.
- You will be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness combined with a proactive track record.
- With a minimum of a couple of years experience, you will be enthused by the autonomy within this role combined with the level of customer contact and strategic influence you will have.
