The role:
- Working closely with the Leadership team to review current standards and recommend and implement new procedures and standards as appropriate.
- Liaising with relevant external bodies and having strong influencing and training skills to champion the importance of HSE matters on a site wide basis.
- Sharing HSE best practice and managing the audit programme.
- Working closely with teams to inspire a positive HSE culture and gain buy in for change and new initiatives.
About you:
- NEBOSH Certificate with proven HSE leadership experience.
- Experience gained working within the food manufacturing sector.
- A Health & Safety champion committed to working with teams to develop key behaviours.
- A track record of delivering improvement and effective management and resolution of related issues.
- Experience of change management and gaining buy in for initiatives from teams.
