We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a well established manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all HR Systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.
- Coordinate and support engagement activity on site, including localised events and working with external partners.
- Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
- Assist with the implementation of Group HR policy and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience gained with a HR advisor/assistant position ideally within the manufacturing/logistics or FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally you will have gained a Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification.
This is a site based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.
