The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Training & HR Advisor to join a well established manufacturing business. This role plays a critical part in delivering people development strategy, supporting the growth and progression of their workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout of mandatory training, onboarding, and induction programmes.
  • Ensure all HR Systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.
  • Coordinate and support engagement activity on site, including localised events and working with external partners.
  • Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
  • Champion a learning culture by promoting internal mobility and continuous professional development.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development, HR, or training-focused role.
  • Experience delivering both face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ideally you will have gained, or will be working towards a CIPD Qualification, however this is not essential.

This is a site based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.
