We’re looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our friendly production team, helping to create our award-winning chocolate, jams and hot sauces.

What you’ll be doing Working alongside our Operations Manager and production team, you’ll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by: Producing high-quality chocolate, jams and hot sauces Supporting production, packing and dispatch Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards Carrying out routine cleaning and equipment checks Monitoring product quality and recording production information Assisting with stock organisation and inventory Helping us continually improve the way we work No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll play an important role in ensuring every product leaves us to the highest possible standard.

What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who: Enjoys practical, hands-on work Takes pride in producing quality products Has excellent attention to detail Works well as part of a team while also being able to work independently Is organised and able to stay calm under pressure Has a positive attitude and enjoys learning new skills Understands the importance of food hygiene and health & safety Experience in food manufacturing or a professional kitchen is welcome, but we’re just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude.

Full training will be provided.
