Senior Administrator β 12 β 15 month contract
Maidenhead β’ Mon to Fri 9am β 5.30pm β’ 12 β 15 month contract
Our client a well-established business within the property sector is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. In this role you will provide excellent customer service to clients. The role will include telephone answering, compiling reports in Word and using the company CRM. You will also log all relevant client phone calls and emails, create tasks, leads, opportunities and invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking in property inspections for valuers using Outlook Calendars
- Handling quotes
- Assembling valuation reports and submitting to the client
- Preparing and sending out terms and conditions
- Preparing and sending out invoices
- Recording data connected with the valuations on CRM system
- Filing all electronic documents correctly in Sharepoint
- Assisting in overall office administration which involves: answering phone calls, opening post, franking post and taking it to the post box
Key Requirements
- Process orientated with high attention to detail
- Able to build excellent working relationships with suppliers, clients and colleagues at all levels
- A good understanding of processes and workflows
- Strong written & oral communication skills with excellent organisational skills
- Property industry experience beneficial but not essential
