Our client based in High Wycombe is currently recruiting for a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small and friendly team as soon as possible. This position will be 25 hours per week spread over 3-5 days, there is flexibility. The office has plenty of available parking. The vacancy is due to extra workload and with a steady increase in business there could be a possibility of the position being made permanent.
The job role is reporting directly into the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately (approx 300 per month)
- Managing supplier payments
- Reconciling statements
- Handling expenses and other internal invoices
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Assist with cash flow management
- Bank reconciliation
- Fining and documentation
- Generating reports as and when required
It is essential that you have Sage experience and existing purchase ledger experience.
