Our client based in Beaconsfield is seeking a temporary PA to support 2 Operations Directors. This part-time, office-based role is available immediately for approximately 2-4 months to cover maternity leave.

Key Duties Include:

  • Organising company events
  • Managing the company's vehicle leasing information
  • Collating electronic and paper documentation
  • Preparing various written documents
  • Diary management
  • Preparing and distributing meeting agendas
  • Coordinating signatories as required
  • Managing office supplies
  • Handling escalated complaints
