The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to become the right-hand person to a dynamic entrepreneur supporting two growing businesses. This is a pivotal role for a proactive, detail-driven individual who thrives on ownership, momentum, and being one step ahead at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the entrepreneur's trusted operational partner, anticipating needs and driving efficiency
- Oversee day-to-day operations across both businesses
- Support sales and customer service teams with:
- Preparing and managing quotes
- Travel planning and coordination
- Organisation of schedules, meetings, and priorities
