Our client, a well-established bespoke retail business with a showroom presence in Marlow, is seeking a Retail Consultant to join their team. Working closely with the Owner and Sales Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a specialist, design-led company known for exceptional customer service and a highly personalised client experience.

Due to continued growth and increasing showroom activity, our client is looking to appoint a confident, customer-focused individual who can deliver a consistently high standard of service to a discerning, high-end clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering a professional, five-star customer experience from initial consultation through to completion
  • Taking time to understand individual customer requirements and providing tailored, bespoke solutions
  • Managing client enquiries and maintaining clear communication throughout the order process
  • Liaising with internal production teams to confirm order progress and completion timelines
  • Processing transactions accurately using an EPOS system
  • Handling high-value and sentimental items with discretion, care, and professionalism
  • Representing the brand to the highest standard within the Marlow showroom
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service within a retail or client-facing environment
  • Confident, professional, and personable when working with high-end customers
  • Able to quickly absorb product knowledge and provide informed guidance to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Numerically competent with strong attention to detail
  • Immaculate personal presentation, reflecting a premium showroom environment

Working Hours
  • Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Every other Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
