Overview
Our client is a not for profit organisation committed to developing leaders across various sectors in the UK. Based in Windsor, they\’re looking to recruit an Alumni & Events Administrator to provide support for alumni events (mainly online) and leadership programmes, assist with data management, and ensure alumni records are kept up to date.
Working closely with the Alumni Relations Manager and programme managers, online and in person, this role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of both online and in-person events at prestigious locations including Windsor Castle and Cumberland Lodge in Windsor Great Park.
This role is full time (with the option of some hybrid working) and paying £27,000. It could suit a recent graduate looking to develop their career or a more experienced administrator. Flexibility to work at events out of hours may be required occasionally.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and delivery of online alumni events and programmes (Teams/Zoom)
- Arranging meetings and handle general enquiries
- Printing, collating, and sending out materials
- Managing participant admissions and virtual rooms on Zoom and Teams meetings and events
- Sending out, and collating information from, online surveys and feedback questionnaires
- Ensuring records are kept up to date in the Salesforce CRM system and portal
- Running reports on Salesforce
- Collating data and information for reports
- Providing access to the portal for new members
- Uploading information and online learning resources
- Maintaining branded merchandise stock and process online sales
- Helping at major in-person events
