Our client based in High Wycombe is looking to recruit a Call Handler to join them on a temporary, ongoing basis. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a great telephone manner and a can-do attitude with previous office experience. The hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00.
Key Duties Include:
- Processing orders and liaising with customers to arrange delivery of supplies
- Making reminder calls to customers
- Dealing with incoming calls and queries appropriately
- Processing Orders
- General administration tasks
Skills / Experience Required:
- Keen eye for detail
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Good organisational skills
