We\’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser to join our growing client. If you are looking for the next step in your career and are keen to get involved in some Account Management, then this could be the ideal role for you! The main focus of the role will be to manage relationships with new and existing customers, including order processing, making outbound calls and providing first class customer support. Previous experience in customer service and/ or upselling of products would be advantageous. £27k plus company incentive scheme

Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm

Fully office-based in Uxbridge

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting set weekly targets
  • Order processing via phone & email
  • Providing customer support via telephone, email and web chats.
  • Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers
  • Upselling to new and existing customers
  • Follow up and chase sample requests
  • Taking incoming Sales calls in absence of Sales Team
  • Account management of key accounts
  • Sending mailshots to existing and new customers
  • Taking incoming sales calls
  • Keeping up to date on all products and inform customers of new products

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service and/ or experience in upselling products preferable
  • Ability to meet and exceed set weekly targets.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Target-driven
  • Calm and able to work under pressure
  • IT literate
  • Able to problem solve
  • Excellent team worker
