We are machine movers, machine installations and factory plant relocation specialists who are "Safe Contractor" accredited. We require an enthusiastic individual who can work on their own initiative but can also work as part of a team in our busy, fast-paced office.
Duties would include:
- Answering telephone inquiries
- Responding to emails
- Scanning
- Ordering stock
- General office duties
MUST be very competent with computers, able to use Word, Excel, and Outlook. This position also requires the individual to be flexible to cover holidays when other staff are away.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence and communications
- Maintain office files and records both electronically and in hard copy
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
