Purpose of the role
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media across all Silver Cross UK channels.
This role will be responsible for growing an engaged community to increase the online presence of Silver Cross brand and product features, as a trusted and authoritative voice in the baby products market.
You’ll ensure the brand is front of mind for parents and parents‑to‑be, strengthening brand image, awareness, and consideration.
Working closely with the wider Marketing and International teams, you’ll create and deliver inspiring, insight‑led content that aims to build trust and grow market share.
Hands‑on experience creating content as well as day to day execution and community management is essential.
This role is office based four days a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organic social strategies across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Facebook.
- Plan, create, edit, and schedule engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Manage community interactions, monitor sentiment, and foster engagement.
- Collaborate with creative, PR, influencer, and e-commerce teams to deliver campaigns and partnerships.
- Conduct trend research, competitor audits, and apply insights to strategy.
- Oversee Tik Tok agency and support influencer initiatives aligned with revenue goals.
- Track and report performance using analytics tools to demonstrate ROI.

- Proven experience growing social accounts and building active communities.
- Expertise across major platforms and strong grasp of both creative and technical aspects of social media.
- Skilled in content strategy, video/photo editing, and design tools.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
