What You’ll Do:
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Manage compliance checks and personnel files
- Advertise roles, assist with interviews, and issue contracts
- Plan recruitment events and maintain staff rotas
- Ensure everything meets compliance standardsParticipate in the on‑call rota
What We’re Looking For:
- Admin experience (HR, recruitment, or customer service)
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential)
