An exciting position for an experienced Private PA to support a principal within a prominent British family, based from their Chelsea residence. This is a hands-on, household-based role overseeing a busy family home and providing administrative and lifestyle support to the principal. You’ll ensure the smooth running of daily life, from managing household staff and contractors to coordinating diaries, family logistics, and travel. The home is lively and fast-paced, so this suits someone calm, capable, and used to working around children and family life. This is a fantastic opportunity for a warm, professional, and highly capable PA to join a well-established UHNW household in the heart of Chelsea.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running of a private household with children
• Oversee household staff, schedules, and maintenance contractors
• Manage diaries, appointments, travel plans, and family logistics
• Support with events, entertaining, and personal shopping
• Act as a trusted point of contact for the principal and family office
• Occasional travel to US & EU (short duration)

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years’ experience in a private household or family PA role
• Discreet, organised, and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Practical, hands-on, and adaptable to a busy family environment

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with out of hours availability
