We are seeking experienced and adaptable Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work across a range of clinical settings including Medical Wards, Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Adult Care, and Paediatric Wards. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care, working within multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and responsive clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care in line with NHS standards and NMC Code
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across varied clinical environments
- Monitor patient conditions, recognising deterioration and escalating appropriately
- Administer medications safely, including IV therapies where required
- Support emergency interventions in ED and ICU settings
- Provide holistic care, including physical, emotional, and psychological support
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with MDT teams to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to infection prevention, safeguarding, and health & safety policies

- Medical Wards: Acute and chronic condition management
- Emergency Department (ED): Rapid assessment, triage, and urgent care
- ICU: Critical care support, monitoring, and intervention
- Adult Care Wards: General nursing and rehabilitation support
- Paediatric Wards: Age-appropriate care for children and young people
Requirements
- Valid NMC Registration
- Minimum 6–12 months UK NHS experience (relevant ward exposure preferred)
- Competent in medication administration and clinical observations
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Up-to-date mandatory training (BLS, Safeguarding, Infection Control)
- Flexibility to work across different wards and shifts
