We are seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced Support Workers to support individuals living in supported accommodation, promoting independence, wellbeing and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities
- - Provide person-centred support with daily living activities.
- - Support individuals with personal care, appointments and community activities where required.
- - Encourage independence and develop life skills.
- - Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns appropriately.
