We're looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation programme, leading business analysis across high-profile M&A, carve-out and separation initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis across large-scale M&A, carve-out and divestment programmes.
  • Define BA standards, methodologies and best practices.
  • Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape requirements and drive delivery.
  • Lead and mentor Business Analysts across multiple workstreams.
  • Support enterprise-wide ERP, CRM and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive process improvement, automation and AI-enabled change.

Experience Needed

  • Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on enterprise transformation programmes is essential.
  • Strong background in Transformations, M&A, Carve-outs or Separations.
  • Experience delivering across multiple workstreams.
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM or enterprise technology transformation.
  • Exposure to automation or AI initiatives is desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
