HR Business Partner

Location: London

Salary: £60,000 £65,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a high-performing organisation based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing high-volume ER casework, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and wellbeing
• Supporting managers and supervisors with investigations, hearings and outcomes
• Advising on employee relations issues within a blue-collar / operational environment
• Ensuring the consistent application of policies in line with UK employment law
• Building strong relationships with managers to enhance people management capability
• Line management of two HR Advisors

About You

• CIPD qualified
• Proven line management experience
• Comfortable handling complex and sensitive ER matters independently
• Solid working knowledge of UK employment law
• Practical, resilient, and confident, able to challenge managers when needed
• Able to build credibility quickly with operational leaders and teams
