HR Business Partner
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 £65,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a high-performing organisation based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing high-volume ER casework, including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and wellbeing
- Supporting managers and supervisors with investigations, hearings and outcomes
- Advising on employee relations issues within a blue-collar / operational environment
- Ensuring the consistent application of policies in line with UK employment law
- Building strong relationships with managers to enhance people management capability
- Line management of two HR Advisors
About You
- CIPD qualified
- Proven line management experience
- Comfortable handling complex and sensitive ER matters independently
- Solid working knowledge of UK employment law
- Practical, resilient, and confident, able to challenge managers when needed
- Able to build credibility quickly with operational leaders and teams
