HR Advisor (12-Month FTC) Employee Relations Focus
Location: Harlow (5 days per week on site)
We\βre supporting a client who is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations (ER) experience to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an urgent requirement within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The Role
You will play a hands-on role supporting managers across a wide range of ER matters, providing practical, compliant advice and ensuring cases are managed consistently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking a proactive role in disciplinary, grievance, sickness, suspension and performance-related cases
- Coaching and advising managers on performance management, absence, grievances and attendance
- Leading and supporting investigations, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with current legislation
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Promoting and applying HR best practice that is both compliant and commercially aligned
Experience
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills with the confideβ¦
