12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | On-site Tonbridge | Immediate Start
We are working with a well-established organisation in Tonbridge that is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations (ER) expertise to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract .
This is a standalone role , ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage ER cases end to end.
You must be comfortable working on-site five days per week .
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence
Provide clear, pragmatic, and legally sound employment law advice to line managers and stakeholders
Advise and coach managers to build confidence in handling people matters
Support a project focused on improving ER processes and HR best practice
Ensure HR activity is compliant, consistent, and aligned with company policies and procedures
Produce accurate documentation, reports, and detailed case notes
Contribute to continuous improvement across the HR function
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or ER-focused role
Strong ER case management experience is essential
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
