AML Client Compliance Analyst. in Colchester

We are working with a top 100 UK law firm-based Colchester and Chelmsford and are looking hire anAML Client Compliance Analyst.

Hybrid working on offer.

No legal sector experience needed as training is on offer.

The responsibilities will include:

Acting as the first point of contact for risk and compliance enquiries, escalating where needed
Responding to and reviewing first-line GDPR breaches and AML queries
Supporting client onboarding processes, including PEP and sanctions checks
Monitoring and reporting on internal risk registers and compliance systems
Providing admin support for external audits and maintaining relevant certifications
Managing the teams diary, coordinating meetings, and tracking follow-ups
Assisting with file audits and compiling documentation to support investigations

Experience Needed

• Proven experience in client onboarding, CDD, and AML.
• Strong understanding of CDD and AML procedures
• Excellent client care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
