Clover Childcare Services is seeking a Therapeutic Childcare Worker to provide day-to-day care for children who have experienced trauma, applying the PACE principles and Dyadic Developmental Practice to build trust and contribute to consistent, therapeutic relationships.

You will work across residential homes in Norfolk (Acle and Stalham & Brumstead), participate in care planning, education support, and attend reviews, with rota sleep-ins and annual sleep-in allowance, and funded Level 3 Diploma.
