We are seeking a Head of Operations who can take overall responsibility for the management and leadership of Silver Birch Care Limited. You will lead and manage Operations Managers to ensure high standards of service are achieved, exceeding regulatory standards. You will be responsible for driving occupancy and quality compliance.
You will need to be an experienced Head of Operations with experience of maintaining Ofsted ratings as ‘good’, whilst pushing for ‘outstanding’. You will be commercially savvy and have an understanding of budgets, financial parameters, stakeholder expectations, and KPIs. You will have the ability to motivate the Operations Managers to reach their full potential.
