THE ROLE AT A GLANCE
- Location: The Beeches UK
- Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)
- Salary: £28,121 per annum
- Sleep-in Pay: Up to £700 per month (dependent on sleep-ins worked)
- Overtime: Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) once the minimum 40 hours are worked
About the Role
As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment
- Building positive relationships with young people
- Supporting care plans and daily routines
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
- A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people
- Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
- A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
