The Beeches is opening a brand-new children's residential home, and we are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead it from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape a service, build a team, and set the culture and standards for a home that will change young lives for years to come.

What you will be doing
- Leading the registration and mobilisation of a brand-new children's home
- Recruiting, training, and building a high-performing staff team from scratch
- Setting the tone: trauma-informed, child-centred, high-aspiration care
- Ensuring full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Working closely with senior leadership to establish policies, routines, and a strong home identity from day one
- Driving the home toward an outstanding Ofsted rating
What we are looking for
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People), or working towards it
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up, within children's residential care
- A track record of strong Ofsted outcomes
- Genuine passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people
- Resilience, vision, and the drive to build a home from the ground up
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
