You will play a key role in young people's daily lives, helping them develop independence, resilience, and essential life skills. Experience in childcare or a related setting is preferred, and your knowledge and insight will directly shape the quality of care we provide.

  • Passion: A genuine, person‑centred approach to supporting young people
  • Qualification: Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care is preferred. If not currently held, enrolment after your probationary period is mandatory — and fully funded by us
  • Driving: Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Approach: Positive, resilient, and a collaborative team player who can work flexibly across shifts

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Fully funded Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Residential Care

  • 1 on, 2 off shift pattern with clear, team‑based rotas

Be Part of Something Bigger

  • Opportunities to take part in international projects, including trips to Tanzania supporting local communities
  • A values‑led organisation focused on making a genuine difference — socially, not just commercially
