We are looking for caring and committed Bank Residential Care Workers to join our team in Silver Birch Care (Residential Services). About the Role
As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
