Silver Birch Care is seeking a Residential Care Worker to join our team in Harrow. The role is full-time (40 hours) with sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts. Salary is £32,240 per year, plus up to £8,460 extra for sleep-ins, depending on the number completed.
You will support young people in daily life, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills in a safe, nurturing environment. Experience with children is preferred and a Level 3 qualification is desired.
