About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring that high standards of care are consistently delivered. You will help lead the team and create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a safe, supportive, and child‑centred environment
- Leading shifts and guiding care staff
- Supporting care planning, record‑keeping, and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare
- Experience working within an Ofsted‑regulated children’s home
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child‑centred practice
- A positive, resilient, and committed approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
