Clover Childcare Services is recruiting for a Therapeutic Childcare Worker to support children in our Norfolk homes. You will work shift by shift with the Senior TRCW and Managers to therapeutically re-parent children using DDP and PACE principles.
The role involves care planning, safeguarding, and collaboration with social workers, schools and care professionals, with a focus on stability and trauma-informed care.
