The Role

As a Registered Manager, you'll:

  • Lead and manage an Ofsted-regulated children's home
  • Create a culture of safety, stability, and high-quality care
  • Support and develop a dedicated staff team

About You

You'll be:

  • An experienced Children's Home Manager (Ofsted background essential)
  • Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
  • Passionate, resilient, and committed to outstanding care
