The Role

As a Registered Manager, you\’ll:

  • Lead and manage an Ofsted-regulated children\’s home
  • Create a culture of safety, stability, and high-quality care
  • Support and develop a dedicated staff team
  • Ensure strong compliance while keeping children at the heart of everything you do

About You

You\’ll be:

  • An experienced Children\’s Home Manager (Ofsted background essential)
  • Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
  • Passionate, resilient, and committed to outstanding care
  • A confident leader who inspires teams and delivers real outcomes for young people
