We’re looking for a driven and ambitious leader to oversee our new children’s homes in Streatham, with a strong focus on achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes and driving high-performance teams.

As a Registered Manager, you will take full accountability for the leadership, compliance, and performance of the home. You’ll ensure exceptional care standards, maintain full Ofsted compliance, and create an environment where young people can thrive and progress towards independence.

- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted children’s home
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Residential Care)
- Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and achieving Good/Outstanding ratings

- Passion for delivering high-quality, child-centred care
