Children's Residential Care - Team Leader - Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week | On-site | Sleep-ins (average of 1-2 sleep-in per week)
Salary: Hourly rate of £17.10 and sleep-in rate paid at £70.50 per night

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that high standards of care are consistently delivered. You will help lead the team and create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a safe, supportive, and child-centred environment
- Leading shifts and guiding care staff
- Supporting care planning, record-keeping, and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Promoting independence and positive outcomes for young people
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare
- Experience working within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home
- Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (required)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child-centred practice
- A positive, resilient, and committed approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
