Deputy Children’s Home Manager – Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)
Salary: £19.75 per hour - £70.50 sleep-in rate

About the Role
As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the day-to-day running of the home. You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the best possible care for young people.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and supervising staff teams
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
- Promoting a safe, structured, and child-focused environment
- Contributing to care planning and development of young people
- Deputising in the absence of the Registered Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare
- At least 1 year of experience supervising staff
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare (required)
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
