Ofsted Registered Children’s Home Manager – Full-Time – On-Site Location: Various across London. Hours: This role is a full-time role (40 hours per-week) – based on 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility required. Job Description: As a Registered Children’s Manager, you will oversee the care and well-being of children in various settings, ensuring their safety and development are prioritised. You will be joining a leading Children’s organisation with a mission to provide looked after young people with a safe and nurturing environment, one that promotes empowerment, independence and choice, while enhancing their core living skills, and ability to move across the care continuum into fully independent living. Person Specification: You should have experience of managing a children’s home You should hold a level 5 diploma in children and young peoples residential care You should have experience of working with children and young people You should be dedicated to providing outstanding care You should be suitable to work with Children.A DBS Certificate is a requirement of the role.
