Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Therapeutic Childcare Worker to support children in our Norfolk homes (Acle and Stalham/Brumstead). You will provide therapeutic care using PACE and DDP principles, while working with a senior team to re-parent children and contribute to care planning and safeguarding.
The role includes shift work, sleep-ins, and progression via Level 3 Diploma. We offer structured development, 28 days holiday, on-site parking and a supportive team environment.
