Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Deputy Children’s Home Manager for The Beeches to lead a residential team and support the Registered Manager in running a safe, nurturing home for children and young people.
You will supervise staff, ensure Ofsted compliance, contribute to care planning, and deputise when needed. Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or progress toward) are expected, with a full UK driving licence preferred.
