RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment for young people
- Building positive, trusting relationships that help young people thrive
- Supporting and contributing to individual care plans and daily routines
- Maintaining accurate records, logs, and reports
- Promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive life skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Working with children and young people in a care, education, or support setting preferred but not essential
- Passion: A genuine, person-centred approach to supporting young people
- Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care: essential
- Driving: Full UK driving licence preferred
- Approach: Positive, resilient, and a collaborative team player who can work flexibly across shifts
