Children's Residential Support Worker - Part-Time - On-Site

Location: Ramsgate

Hours: Part-Time | On-Site | 30 hours per week

Salary: £13.22 per hour + £70.50 per sleep-in

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children and young people (preferred)

  • Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
