Children's Residential Support Worker - Full-Time - On-Site
Location: Herne Bay
Hours: Full-Time | On-Site | 40 hours per week
Salary: Hourly rate £13.22 - £70.50 per sleep-in

About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment

- Maintaining accurate records and reports

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
