Silver Arrow require a Documentation Administrator for our client based in the Birmingham area.
Your Role:
- To work within a department, based at their Birmingham HQ on the Birmingham Business Park (near to the NEC and Birmingham International Railway Station).
- Using internal systems to create documentation that will enable freight to be moved to customer specifications, on time with all the necessary customs and legal documentation, including:
- Raise customs documentation to ensure the freight can move from country to country.
- Collate all documents and distribute them to customers and carriers, as required.
- Preparing, processing and checking of invoices.
- Develop and build relationships to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to clients.
- Take requests and queries and resolve them effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate with overseas agents and clients clearly, precisely and accurately.
- Ensure that the departmental manager is aware of the status of all shipments.
