At Silver Arrow we specialise in the recruitment of HGV Drivers and due to significant client demand, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, ambitious individual to join our team at our office, based in Birchwood, Warrington.
To be successful in this role the candidate must have a willing to learn attitude, good communication skills and a passion to achieve, striving forward by yourself & as part of a team. All training is provided however phone shy need not apply! You will be working in a fast-paced environment with an urgency to place drivers quickly in order to support our clients. You must have the ability to multi task, prioritise your workload and have the ability to use your own initiative.
The Role
- Managing and placing into work existing and new HGV Class 1, 2 and van drivers
- Completing sales calls & visits to potential new customers
- Dealing with multiple drivers and clients and problem solving to maximise the number of shifts placed
- Interviewing & registering new drivers
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients & drivers
- Ensuring impeccable standards of communication and teamwork
- Dealing with and resolving driver’s payroll and timesheet queries
- Maintaining the compliance of existing drivers
- Adherence to existing CRM and office processes/procedures is vital.
Essential Skills
- Full Driving Licence
- Have a passion for working with people and problem solving

- Be process driven with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Salary and benefits
£25,396.80 - £25,500 per annum. Plus, excellent bonus scheme.
